We are always happy to receive interesting applications – whether for an advertised job vacancy or unsolicited. We will check which possibilities we can offer you for your individual skills and requirements. If you fit in well with our company but we have no current job offer for you, we will be happy to keep your application upon your request, so that we can come back to you later.

In principle, we also offer part-time employment. However, part-time work is not possible in the field of production as we work with the continuous shift model.

To give us an optimal impression of yourself, the following components should be included in your application:

  • Proof of activities or internships, if applicable

Your documents can have a maximum size of 20 MB.

There is no deadline for your application. As a rule, our positions remain published until we have found a suitable applicant.

After you have sent us your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt so that you know immediately that your documents have been received.
When your documents are complete, we will forward them directly to possible specialist departments and review your profile together. For very good applications, we will consider further possibilities to employ you.
If your profile suits us, we will call you to arrange a job interview as soon as possible to convince you in person.

We are not bound by a collective bargaining agreement and challenge and support our employees individually. Once a year, an performance review is held with your direct supervisor. Here you will discuss possible development opportunities and work out ideal solutions that will help you to fulfil your work in the best possible way.

The number of our employees has increased to 114 in the last years. Most of them work full-time, less than one-tenth is doing part-time jobs. The majority are between 30 and 50 years old.
