There is no deadline for your application – neither for internships nor for apprenticeships. As long as the position is advertised, you can apply at any time. If a position is filled, we automatically remove it from the publication.

Our application process is multi-stage to ensure that we fit well together:

After you have submitted your application, you will receive confirmation of receipt from us, so that you can be sure that your documents have been received.

Our personnel department will check whether all important documents are included - and will forward your application directly to the responsible trainer.

If you are an interesting candidate, we will invite you to take an aptitude test. If you pass this test, we will arrange an interview with you by telephone as soon as possible. Here you can convince us that you are the perfect match for us.

The pay depends on the year of training:

1st year as apprentice: 960,00 €

2nd year as apprentice: 1.010,00 €

3rd year as apprentice: 1.060,00 €

4rth year as apprentice: 1.110,00 €

The information is subject to increases in remuneration agreed between the management and the workers’ council. You have no legal claim to them – even in case of repetition.

For a perfect start, we will present you the whole company and your department on the first day in the context of a welcome event. The training with us is very practice-oriented. As an apprentice, you will be involved directly in the day-to-day business. You will not only learn all the contents determined by the IHK's training framework, but also how to take responsibility. At the same time, you will train to work in a team. Thus, you can develop day by day with varied and challenging tasks.

A good mentoring is important to us. Therefore, your trainer will support you during your entire time with us. Of course, you are also firmly integrated into our team: Your colleagues will support you in mastering your challenges. When it comes to organizational matters, the HR department is also there for you, even if there are problems with your trainer.

We want to make your training as practical as possible and involve you into our day-to-day business in the best possible way. It is important to us that our trainers can provide you with the best possible support. Therefore, we always look for only one apprentice per training occupation – and not every year. We do not hire a new apprentice until our current apprentice in a department is in his last year of training. This means that at most two apprentices will shortly work in one training occupation at the same time.

All apprenticeships with us starts every year on August 1st. Depending on the occupation, however, it lasts for different lengths of time:

Industrial clerk: 3 years

Warehouse logistics specialist: 3 years

IT specialist system integration: 3 years

Industrial mechanic: 3.5 years

Electronics technician for operating technology: 3.5 years

If certain conditions are fulfilled, you can also shorten your training. Here we examine each case individually.

Every three years, we have the opportunity to offer a degree in computer science in combination with an integrated in-company training course. To this end, we cooperate with the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences in Wolfsburg.

Procedure and completion

The dual study takes 3.5 years. During this time you are enrolled as a student at Ostfalia and at the same time have an internship contract with us. After 2.5 years, you will pass your final examination as an IT specialist, specialising in system integration at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. You complete your studies one year later with a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.).

You will not only benefit from numerous practical experiences through the dual study programme. We also cover all tuition fees for you – in particular semester fees, enrolment fees or student union fees.

Our goal is to employ you after your training. If an employment is not possible or desired, you can continue working with us for a limited period of three months after the end of your apprenticeship. This will give you enough time to find another job.
